Registration Policy:
To be eligible to participate in any MVAA sport you must first become an MVAA Family Member. The Family Membership fee is an annual fee of $100.00 beginning during our January sign ups. The family membership is good for a calendar year of January - December. Each Family is required to pay an annual Family Membership fee of $100 due with the first sports registration in the calendar year.
Sports fees vary and are based upon league fees, insurance, referee/umpire, uniforms, etc. Members must be current and in good financial standing in order for players to participate in sports.
Late registrations are not guaranteed team placement. Our teams fill up quickly, so please register on time.
NOTE: Registration is not complete until full payment is received. Please contact the office for special arrangements. Incomplete registrations will not be processed and your child will be ineligible to participate. Please contact our office to arrange payment.
Registration is now ONLINE, you can find open registrations during the sports season registration period on each sports page.
Seasons:
The MVAA has three sports seasons:
Spring: In the spring we offer Baseball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball. Registration for spring sports is open from January 1- February 15.
Fall: In the fall we offer Baseball, Cheerleading, Field Hockey, Football, Soccer and Softball. Registration for fall sports is open May 1- June 15.
Winter: In the winter we offer Basketball & Wrestling. Registration for winter sports is open from September 1- October 15.
Late Fee:
A registration is considered late after "last date to register". Please review current late fee procedures HERE. All late registrations require a $25.00 late fee. Registration is not complete until full payment is received. Late fees will not be refunded.
